I have been to a lot of Starbucks, But this one had the best costumer service I had ever experience.
The store was very clean and well set up.

I've been buying Starbucks coffee for a very long time and I've never experience what I just experienced inside the Starbucks I requested to get a grande cold brew in a Venti cup with extra sweet cream and a gentleman at the cash register decided to make an argument with me tell me that I'm buying a Venti because I want room for extra cream I'm like no I want to grande all you're doing is filling up the cup like it's a grande with Cold brew coffee and then putting extra sweet creamer in it.. so he decide to make an argument out of it like he didn't understand it and I know he understood it.. I think I know the reason why he was giving me such a hard time wink wink.... if you don't wanna serve the public you shouldn't have a job serving the public. Ie all the public..

This is one of the worst Starbucks in the area. It's conveniently located, I'll give it that. Otherwise, they are nearly incapable of making a drink correctly. Because of the location, I come here more often than I should thinking that maybe, just maybe, they can make my drink correctly. More often than not, it's wrong. The barista's are generally unorganized, and a few of them are super rude.

Despite my waning love for Starbucks, I was in the area and needed to get some work done so I stopped by this location. The outdoor seating is what saved this review from being 1 or 2 stars.
I came on a Tuesday in the 3 o'clock hour and they weren't busy at all. There were plenty of customers seated, but no line. The tables are larger than a lot of other locations I've seen, which is helpful when you need to buckle down, spread stuff out, and get to work. They have two large couches outside that are super comfortable and great for sitting and chatting with friends or getting work done. Umbrellas help block any unwanted sun.
If it wasn't for the patio, I wouldn't come back to this location. The service is terrible! There were three young women working, all of which were the epitome of blah. I ordered the Strawberry Acai tea, and the barista checking me out informed me that they were out. No problem, I'll have the white peach tea. She stared at me and said, "I don't know if we have that." Then she proceeds to turn to her coworkers, and I swear she whispered, "Peeaaachhh....?"
One coworker just glared at her. Finally, she asked for clarification and the one helping me just said "Peach" again. Like, how is that supposed to help anyone understand what you're asking. The second barista did nothing to hide her annoyance and was like "WHAT??" Finally she asked correctly if they have any peach tea, and the other one snapped "Yes, right here" and picked up a bottle and waved it at the other girl.
So, after that entire discussion you'd think she'd remember it was the peach tea...right? Nope. She rung up my sandwich, stared at me, and said, so what drink?
"Uhh..the peach!!"
Yea. Bad service. If you're not in a hurry then it's fine. Otherwise, avoid! -

This store used to be really great, not sure if they've changed managers or something. They used to be consistently fast, accurate, friendly. Now they can't be bothered, so the floors and counters are dirty, it takes 15 min to get your order no matter what day or time of day, and the staff are super dismissive.
Go somewhere else if you're in a hurry, they won't help you here. And they forget to check their mobile orders so you'll probably have to remind them you ordered something.
